About this policy
This policy describes information handled by CookedListings when you browse listings, search, or use a member workspace. Last updated September 21, 2026.
Information we handle
Account features use your email address, authentication information, invitation status, and account identifier. We store search criteria, search activity needed to track allowances, saved prospects, notes, and edits you choose to enter. The service also stores property information and contact details published in listings. Hosting and account services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide access, retrieve and reuse listing results, maintain your workspace, enforce search allowances, troubleshoot problems, and prevent misuse. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, payment credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information in property notes.
Shared listings and private workspaces
Property records and saved search results may be reused across members. When member accounts are enabled, notes and prospect records are associated with the signed-in account and are not offered as a shared member directory. Authorized administrators and service providers may access information as necessary to operate, support, or secure the service. In the local preview, workspace data is stored on the computer running the app; it is not a private multi-user account environment.
Cookies and browser storage
The service uses essential session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for features such as call progress. Clearing browser storage can remove locally saved progress; blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. The current app does not include advertising trackers or an advertising-cookie consent system.
Service providers and outside links
Infrastructure providers process information to support hosting, account access, storage, security, and listing retrieval. Opening an external listing or loading its photograph connects your browser to the external service, which may receive your IP address and browser information. External sites have their own privacy practices. Copying an email draft does not send it. Choosing to call opens your phone application; CookedListings does not record the call.
Retention and your choices
Shared property records are retained so the service can reuse results. Account and workspace records remain stored unless removed through an available control or an administrator request; this version does not apply an automatic retention deadline. Email ty@dealulator.com to request access, correction, account closure, or deletion of your personal workspace information. We may need to verify your identity. Records needed for security or legal obligations, and backup copies, may remain after a request; public property information may remain in the shared collection.
Security, age, and changes
Access controls are used to protect member information, but no system can promise absolute security. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Policy changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Material changes to how member information is used should be communicated before the new use begins.
