The description markets the home as luxury. Price alone does not earn this label.
The listing mentions repair or renovation needs. Confirm the work required.

“Cooked” means a listing is stale or ripe for the taking. Colored badges highlight potential opportunities in its wording, such as an assumable loan or owner financing. Open a property to read the evidence and confirm the terms with its contact.
Counts refer to these search results. A listing can have more than one signal.
“Pretty houses” means no repair keywords were found. Confirm condition during your call.
